We amplify personal brands of people through storytelling and strategic audience building.

About us

Standing out is a challenge in a world of 9 billion people. Not so because each one of us does not have superpowers that make us different but because we struggle to put ourselves out there and let the world know what we truly can do. The journey to start to Humanize began when I looked around myself and found so many achievers who haven’t been able to get their rightful due—the right due to make a more significant impact through their work. Personal Branding is just a term to define a solution to show someone’s authentic journey outside, but it's all about making consistent efforts to make a mark in the minds of your audience. We help not only founders, and CXOs to make improve their online thought leadership but also anyone who is willing to invest in their personal brand-building process. We all have a story to tell that involves our beliefs, experiences, and our winning/losing frameworks. We are here to help you say that in so many ways. You obviously may have so many inhibitions and questions to start. Reach out to us without any hesitation at +91 9346627197 or drop an email at stories@thehumanizegroup.com!

“This is the new normal” we kept quoting since 2020. Everybody realized that they are more than their job. Isnt it? There is so much that one can do along with their 9-5 jobs. (Actually, first, don't look at it as a 9-5 but design your work around your life.) Evaluate which are your focus hours and formulate your working timings. Build a thriving hobby-turned creative power outlet. Spend time with family not just on the weekends. Choosing to block the calendar for workouts every day. Disregard drudgery at work and cultivate camaraderie instead. Speaking casually about mental health & is not taboo. Traveling the world with that one laptop screen. Or selectively visit the office to refresh conversations. The new normal is empowering & and a movement. So proud of our team at Humanize experiencing all of this.❤️ Let your team decide how they want to work. And you’ll see they will love you for giving them the power of choice. This Valentine's month we want to talk about the love our team has for the work they do. Find a work that can make you feel loved most parts of the month? (You have to find the right place and the right people. Also the better version of yourself. Thats it. ✨) Shiva Manish Gaddam Sourajit Pal Ritika Kurnala C R Gayathri Vaishnavi Saluja Ashita Sanganeria Archita Prahladka 🛟 #HumansOfHumanize #VibesOfHumanize

Starting with getting the right job was only so difficult because most marketing roles I was getting were extremely technical. (You know I'm a movie meme maker and a very creative individual, but still who sees this skill in you early on and bets on you? ) But after giving several interviews I thought maybe I won't get the role I want, but you know how they say anything can happen in the last moment just before you try to give up? That day when I interviewed for Humanize I was so surprised to hear the job role. Can't believe I could get this role! I didn't want to leave any stone unturned and gave the assignment round my best. And just needed that one chance to prove myself. Archita our founder and also the hiring manager put faith in me and gave me this job. And in 2 days I was in my dream job. Now coming to the work culture here. “A great work environment can bring out the best of an ordinary employee, and transform him into an extraordinary contributor, which eventually elevates the entire organizational process.” - I strongly believe this and felt it in my last 3 months of corporate life at Humanize. I see a different version of myself in 3 months and I must share how our team works inside. Our founder Archita, a singular individual with a vision that eventually sets the tone for the entire organization. Her values, principles, and approach towards work sets the tonality of Humanize's work culture. As we’re a small team, her grasp of each team member's work, behavior, and preferences is commendable. She understands and empathizes with her employees and guides us whenever we need. Honestly, I was not equipped with all the skillsets that are needed to perform to my best potential, but I learned through examining and executing tasks. During these various tasks, I collaborated with my colleagues and I understand that not everyone on our team sees the world through the same lens, but we get a 360-degree POV together. Humanize believes that when employees feel at ease, productivity becomes second nature. The work culture actively works to create a positive atmosphere, recognizing that a stress-free workplace is a breeding ground for creativity, innovation, and, ultimately heightened production. Even I got 3 days of leave when it was extremely needed for me to take a break from continuous work. And, the best part is my seniors and teammates were cooperative about it. So what else do I need? I’m happy to be here. And, it's a story that unfolds daily, shaping not just my professional life, but my mindset as a valuable asset of an organization. Thankyou Kraftshala for connecting us. #HumanizeVibe

On this day, back in 1930, the air along the banks of the majestic River Ravi in Lahore quivered with anticipation as the Indian National Congress made an audacious proclamation – the end of colonial rule and the dawn of Purna Swaraj, complete self-rule. The Constitution was then formally adopted on 26 January 1950. Did you go back to that day and moment while reading this? We just used a little imagery while giving a factual narration. Happy Republic Day! 🇮🇳 The Constitution itself has seen so many ups and downs past few stories. To many more national stories, amendments, and acts of self-reliance to come.
