We kicked off Day 3 with a fan made 3D trailer for Rajinikanth called Ranadheeran, created by Sivaprasad Velayudhan and his talented team at Realworks Studio. Siva, along with Aasif Iqbal J, explained how Realworks managed to bring their most creative projects to life with limited resources, using open-source software instead of expensive tools. It reminded us that it's not always about fancy, high-end tools, but about skill and the hunger to make the most of what's available now. The 3-day Residential AI Bootcamp was a special experience for the iamneo team, providing a fresh perspective on approaching major AI technologies in the world. Set against the serene backdrop of Anaikatty, it offered the perfect environment for this much-needed retreat. As a cherry on top, we celebrated something truly special. Not only did we successfully complete our 3-day bootcamp, but we also marked an even bigger achievement—iamneo’s 8th anniversary. Oof, Day 2 of our AI Bootcamp has been a crazy busy one! 🤯 We kicked off with an electrifying entrepreneurship session led by Pradeep Yuvaraj, titled "dAI machan, let's go get 'EM." The session was so lively and interactive that it was hard to even snap a focused photo. Pradeep's dynamic presentation, engaging exercises, and compelling storytelling, turned the session into a mini TED talk.   Just when we thought we had caught our breath, Ramesh Subramaniam from Retainful took the stage. He shared insights on designing products with a laser focus on customer needs, reminding us that the ultimate goal of any product or solution is to help people—whether by solving a problem or offering a tool.   The day took an introspective turn with Sindhu's session. Through a series of interactive activities, she encouraged us to voice our fears and doubts about the AI revolution. But she didn’t just leave us there; she guided us to explore solutions and strategies, ensuring we left with a realistic vision of how to incorporate AI into our work in a way that feels both healthy and effective.   Meanwhile, our seasoned employees rolled up their sleeves for some hands-on workshops, diving into the art of being cross-functional. And this was just Day 1 of our Bootcamp! Over the weekend, iamneo hosted a 3-day Residential AI Bootcamp packed with learning and fun. The vision of this bootcamp was to help our neos with the tools they require to not just survive but conquer the AI led future. We're excited to share the highlights from each day with you, starting with Day 1. On Day 1, Arumugham Sankaran and SHIVA PRASAD led our Neos through hands-on sessions where they explored Gen AI tools. It was amazing to see everyone—no matter their background—quickly becoming cross-functional and super efficient. We also had a lively cultural values session with Sindhu Kalyanasundaram. As you can see, we had a lot of fun, and by the end of it, we were all surprised at how naturally everything we did connected back to our #neopills. It really showed us how easy it is to relate to our core values in our everyday actions. We were so happy with how Day 1 turned out, and little did we know, Days 2 and 3 would be even more amazing.
