IIT Bombay Racing has had a phenomenal 2023-24 season, earlier winning Formula Bharat and now making its debut at Formula Student Austria at the Red Bull Ring, this summer. As the only Indian team to participate in all the dynamic events at FSA, the team secured 16th place in Skidpad and 20th in Autocross, overcoming challenges and gaining invaluable insights. In their second year participating in Formula Student AI held at Silverstone Circuit (UK), the team showcased significant improvement, achieving 5th place in Business Plan Presentation, Engineering Design as well as Simulation Development with an impressive 9th place Overall in the FS-AI Dynamic Driving Test (DDT) entry. IIT Bombay is proud to be the only Indian university currently represented in the FS Driverless segment. The team would like to sincerely thank the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay for offering the essential resources and opportunities that enabled them to excel in these challenging competitions.
