Excited to share that our research paper titled "An In-depth Analysis of Judicial Appointments in India,"co-authored by Rahulbir Singh Gill Singh Gill and me, has been published in the Indian Journal of Legal Research and Review (IJLRR). This paper examines the evolution and current state of judicial appointments in India, exploring the historical development, the role of the judiciary, and how judges are appointed to the higher courts. We also provide an international perspective by comparing similar processes in other countries and assessing the merits and drawbacks of the current system.
