🌟 The first ACM India IndiCS seminar on "Continuous Methods in Discrete Optimization and Complexity" was held at Infosys Mysore from Oct 16-20, 2024. 🌟 🌐The IndiCS seminar series is a newly launched ACM India initiative intended to bring together a group of young and senior researchers from India and abroad for an immersive experience spanning 3-5 days, discussing in-depth questions on a selected topic at the frontiers of computer science research. 🌟 Meet Meenakshi D'Souza: New President of ACM India (2024-2026) 🌟 Meenakshi D'Souza, a Professor at IIIT-Bangalore, has been elected President of the ACM India Council for a term from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2026. 🎉 Her research interests span formal methods, software testing, automata theory, and embedded systems design. 🌐 As a passionate advocate for gender diversity in tech, she also brings a strong vision to her leadership. D'Souza is an ACM Senior Member and recipient of the IIIT-Bangalore Teaching Excellence Award.
