IndiGrid is India's first and largest listed power sector Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) which was established in 2016 under the SEBI InvIT Regulations. IndiGrid owns and operates ~USD 3.5 billion worth of operational assets including 49 power transmission lines and 15 substations extending over ~8,700 circuit kilometres, 22,550 MVA of transformation capacity, ~1.1 GWp of solar generation capacity, and 400 MWh of BESS (under-construction) projects across 20 states and 2 Union Territories. IndiGrid is AAA-rated platform sponsored by KKR and is publicly listed on Indian stock exchanges with a diversified shareholder base.
