The daily responsibilities includes: 1. Developing hard bound SOPs & TATs by collaborating with service/regional teams to ensure optimum service experience. 2. Creating dashboards for stakeholders to monitor ORM metrics on a daily basis. Developing fortnightly reports basis the listening tool to cull out actionable insights. 3. Be fast & furious with brand replies (more “fast” and less “furious”). Training ORM executives to respond in the INFINIX signature tone & bring down FRT to under 15 min. 4. Maintaining the brand tone/personality/mannerism on social media replies. 5. Identifying opportunities for the brand to get into relevant conversations on the web and in-turn drive share of voice. Minimum Requirement: 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing/advertising/communication 2. 6+ yrs of professional experience in managing ORM for new age, social media centric brands. Experience in new social media content is a plus 3. Experience in handling ORM/listening tools like Konnect Insights, Meltwater, Sprinklr & Social Bakers 4.
