The International Conference on Natural Language Computing and Language Processing (ICNLCLP 2024) begins today, where our whitepaper: 'Little RAGNER: Toward Lightweight, Generative, Named Entity Recognition Through Prompt Engineering, and MultiLevel Retrieval Augmented Generation' will be presented virtually to World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology's audiences. I had the privilege of witnessing a historic milestone as Meenu Malhotra DL, Chairman of Malhotra Group PLC, was appointed Honorary Consul of India — a role created for the first time in 75 years.
