Diwali celebrations at the office, Master Chef style! The whole team joined forces, bringing creativity to the kitchen as three teams crafted unique and delicious dishes with a Diwali twist. They were rated on taste, innovation, and presentation, and surprisingly all teams were neck and neck! So the judges took a closer look at the taste scores, and the team that used bread took the win with their caramelised banana, pineapple, and chocolate syrup creation. Other teams wowed with versions of Pani Puri (including a sweet one!) and creative spins on bhel. The festivities continued with sweets, diyas, musical chairs, dancing, and board games before we wrapped up the day. We’re incredibly proud of T RAVI KIRAN a talented participant from our Youth for Social Impact program (YFSI) in partnership with YuWaah India at UNICEF and Y-HUB. At just 19, Ravi has developed BlindEye, a game-changing device designed to enhance independence for visually impaired individuals. His journey from a prototype in the ATAL Tinkering Lab (ATLs) to winning the prestigious UNICEF imaGen ventures global award, making it India’s first innovation to achieve this honor, is nothing short of remarkable. Ravi’s passion for innovation, coupled with his commitment to making a difference, serves as a powerful reminder of what young minds can achieve when they go after their dreams. Ravi’s work reminds us that meaningful change often starts with a single idea, and it's stories like these that remind us why we do what we do.
