Meet Nidhi Yadav, the powerhouse behind AKs Clothing—a ₹300 crore fashion brand that blends modern trends with traditional Indian wear. Starting with just ₹3.5 lakhs and a 2BHK in Gurgaon, Nidhi’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. After realizing her corporate job at Deloitte wasn't fulfilling her passion, she took a leap of faith. She studied fashion in Italy, only to decline a high-paying job offer and return to India to follow her dream. In 2014, with her 7-month-old daughter by her side, Nidhi launched Aks Clothing from home. Despite facing challenges like travelling from Gurugram to Jaipur every weekend with her newborn, she pushed forward, working late nights with her husband to grow their brand. Fast forward to today, Aks Clothing has expanded from women’s wear to men’s and children’s fashion and is adored by celebrities! When COVID-19 hit, instead of backing down, Nidhi pivoted, creating masks and PPE kits, and even launched a hit kidswear section. Now, with a goal to reach ₹500 crore in revenue, she’s proving that with passion, perseverance, and a strong support system, anything is possible. What started as a small dream has now become a massive fashion empire—and Nidhi’s story continues to inspire aspiring entrepreneurs everywhere. #AksClothing #NidhiYadav #WomenInBusiness #EntrepreneurJourney #Mompreneur #FashionRevolution #DeloitteToDesigner #FromStartupToSuccess #IndianFashionBrand #WomenEmpowerment #BusinessGoals #Inspiration #FashionEntrepreneur #TraditionalFashion #WorkFromHomeSuccess #ClothingBrand

According to some reports, and by observing the previous trends Indian Entrepreneurs are now going solo. They didn't want any VC to be involved in their decision, they are focusing on profitability and freedom to build their way. One more reason we can say is that the changed environment of investment, now the investors want to put the money on that startup that has somehow generated some revenue. Indian Startup Ecosystem is now witnessing a Bootstrap boom, which will play a big role in shaping the Indian startup ecosystem in comparison to unicorn boom. #unicorn #bootstrap #startups #investment #indian #funding #revenue #profits

From Data Entry to Fintech Visionary Kunal Shah, the founder of CRED and FreeCharge, didn’t have a typical entrepreneur’s journey. Born into a family that went bankrupt, he took on odd jobs like a delivery boy and data entry operator just to make ends meet. His passion for learning and resilience in the face of financial hardships are what set him apart. Kunal graduated with a degree in Philosophy from Wilson College, Mumbai – not out of interest, but because the class schedule allowed him to balance work and study. In an industry filled with IIT and IIM graduates, Kunal's unconventional background makes his success even more remarkable. In 2015, Shah sold his first major startup, FreeCharge, to Snapdeal, but his entrepreneurial fire didn’t stop there. He founded CRED, a fintech company that incentivizes users to pay their credit card bills on time, providing access to premium events and rewards. CRED has grown into a massive platform, handling one-third of India’s credit card bill payments by value. In FY24, CRED’s revenue surged 66% to Rs 2,473 crore, while operating losses were reduced by 41% to Rs 609 crore. Shah attributes this success to “operating leverage” – scaling revenue without proportionately increasing costs. With a user base growing organically by over 75%, CRED’s popularity continues to soar. But it wasn’t just the numbers that made Kunal Shah a visionary. His leadership style focuses on building meaningful products that foster responsible financial behaviour. His recent launch, CRED Money, aims to simplify personal finance for users. And with the acquisition of Kuvera, CRED is expanding into wealth tech, emphasizing reliable and long-term investments over speculative ones. Kunal Shah’s journey is proof that with grit, determination, and an innovative mindset, anyone can rise from humble beginnings to build something extraordinary. #KunalShah #CRED #InspiringJourney #FromDataEntryToCEO #TechVisionary #SuccessStory #CREDPay

From Friends to ₹84 Lakh: The Journey of Fulva In the heart of Kozhikode, where tradition runs deep, a sweet revolution was born. Four childhood friends—Shabas, Sanu, Thesreef, and Irfan—came together with a bold mission: to bring the authentic Kozhikode Halwa, a beloved traditional sweet, to the national stage. Their startup, Fulva, didn’t just stop at preserving tradition; they modernized it. It all began when Shabas , Fulva’s CEO, realized the halwa was not being treated with the respect it deserved. Sold in large blocks and poorly packaged, this cultural delicacy was losing its charm. Determined to change that, he reached out to his three friends, and together they took on the challenge of revolutionizing the way Kozhikode Halwa was made, packaged, and sold. 🔸Breaking Traditions to Empower Local Artisans Convincing local halwa manufacturers to upgrade their practices wasn’t easy. The friends introduced better packaging, quality checks, and used superior ingredients to ensure a product that could travel across India with ease. Fulva transformed not only the halwa but also the lives of traditional artisans, empowering them with new methods and better standards. 🔸Ramadan & A Game-Changer Campaign Their biggest breakthrough came during Ramadan when Fulva launched the ‘Empower by Fulva’ campaign. Involving over 40 local women, they created Iftar meal boxes sold by students at Kozhikode’s beaches. The community-driven campaign sold 20,000 meal boxes, generating a whopping ₹48 lakh in revenue! 🔸Fulva’s Growing Product Line What started with one SKU—24 assorted halwa flavours—has grown into over 20 SKUs, including diabetic-friendly options. Their focus on premium ingredients, strict hygiene, and modern packaging has earned them over 25,000 customers and corporate partnerships. 🔸The Road Ahead As Fulva aims to double its revenue to ₹1.5 crore, expand to 30 SKUs, and list on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, their sights are also set on international markets, particularly in the Gulf region. Their success story tells us that tradition and innovation can coexist to create something extraordinary. “We’re not just selling halwa, we’re sharing a piece of our beloved culture,” says Shabas. And with ₹84 lakh in revenue in just one year, it’s clear that this sweet startup is making waves across India and beyond. #FulvaStory #KozhikodeHalwa #SweetSuccess #KeralaTradition #StartupJourney #EmpoweringCommunities #IndiaStartups
