Role Overview: We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of experience with relevant exposure in Transaction Advisory. The role, inter alia, involves: Mergers & Acquisitions: Advising on deal structuring from commercial, tax, regulatory, and accounting perspectives Family Arrangements and Succession Planning: Advising on succession planning and family arrangements, including family constitutions, wills, trusts, and family settlement agreements Corporate Restructuring: Advising on corporate restructuring, including takeovers, acquisitions, and divestments Key Responsibilities: Assist in conceptualising transaction structures from a commercial, regulatory and tax perspective Handhold implementation of transactions including implementation of schemes of arrangement, handling NCLT/ stock exchange approval process, drafting/ review of share purchase agreements/ shareholders agreements, and the like Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. 4-5 years of experience in Transaction Advisory. Binoy Parikh and Deep Chandan have been a part of the Katalyst journey since its inception in April 2017 and are a part of the core team at Katalyst. Our strengths are primarily advising and conceptualising holding structures, succession planning, other promoter handholding matters and M&A structures (internal group restructuring and transaction structuring), from a commercial, tax and regulatory perspective.
