Position Title: Sales Associate Location: Kaybees Restaurant, Karachi Job Summary: Kaybees Restaurant is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in Karachi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for signing up corporate clients and establishing partnerships. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and networking skills, who can effectively promote our services to potential clients and partners. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential corporate clients and partners. Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients. Develop and implement strategies to attract and sign up corporate clients. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns and providing excellent customer service. Regularly follow up with clients to maintain a strong business relationship. Sales and Promotion: Promote Kaybees Restaurant's services and offerings to potential clients. Develop and present proposals to corporate clients. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure partnerships and sign-ups. Networking: Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences to network with potential clients and partners. Leverage existing networks and relationships to identify new business opportunities. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales activities and results. Provide regular updates on client acquisition and partnership development progress. Analyze market trends and client feedback to improve sales strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of motivation and a results-driven approach. Previous experience in the food industry is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Benefits: Competitive salary.
