Kedaara Capital is delighted to announce the appointment of Abidali Neemuchwala as an Independent Operating Advisor to Kedaara Funds.   In a stellar career spanning more than 32 years, Mr. Neemuchwala has served as a senior executive and leader in the technology services industry. He was the Global CEO of Wipro between 2016 and 2020, driving investments in digital-first and agile capabilities, and divesting their non-core businesses, driving growth at 35% CAGR for Wipro’s digital business under his leadership. Prior to Wipro, Abid had a successful 23-year stint at TCS, where he conceptualized & built new business lines, and led transformational mega deals, through a period of rapid growth in the nascent Indian IT Services industry. Under his leadership as the Global Head of their BPM business, TCS’ Digital Ops business grew into a $2 billion revenues global franchise.   Mr. Neemuchwala will work closely with Kedaara’s technology services team to advise Kedaara on its existing and new investments in the technology services businesses.

It seems they are also claiming to host an event in Mumbai where they have portrayed Kedaara team member as one of the speakers. Ashwani has held pivotal leadership positions in renowned organizations, including Varroc, Century Pulp & Paper, Birla Tyres, ITC Infotech, and ITC. His multifaceted expertise encompasses various aspects of business strategy, operations management, and organizational transformation. In his earlier position as an Operating Partner at the India Resurgence Fund, he played a pivotal role in advising and executing turnaround strategies for businesses, showcasing his adeptness in navigating complex challenges and driving growth. His capabilities in project management and leading domestic and international businesses for effective turnaround and growth will be a value add in organic expansions and integration, across products, customer segments and sectors.
