Our team supplied 1,200 MT of Tata Structura hollow sections, ensuring the strength, durability, and aesthetic appeal of this landmark structure. Interaction with Mr Harshavardhan Neotia (Key Takeaways) As the captain of the business group "Billionaires - Growth is Life", I recently had the privilege of organising a session with Mr. Harshavardhan Neotia for 20 business leaders at Mr Neotia's office. What began as a discussion on scaling our businesses evolved into an inspiring exchange filled with invaluable insights. He gave us very memorable and precious 2 hours of interactive time. Culture Over Strategy: He emphasized the importance of nurturing a strong culture rooted in empathy and discipline. Notably, 90% of his top team members have never worked elsewhere—a testament to his transformational, not transactional, leadership approach. The Importance of Pauses: He shared his daily practice of 30-40 minutes of reflection or meditation, reminding us that, "A sentence without a comma or full stop is not readable; similarly, we also need full stops." This practice, he noted, helps him navigate each day more effectively. Ambition vs. Desire: “Ambition is about doing, while desire is about getting,” he explained, encouraging us to find joy in our actions. Drawing an analogy to Roger Federer’s effortless grace on the court (as if dancing), he added, “Great work doesn’t require great effort.” Happiness, he stressed, is vital to whatever we do and shouldn't be overshadowed by excessive desires.Though ambition should be high, example: leaving a lasting impression of your product or service in a territory. Organic Branding: Mr. Neotia shared a powerful insight: “We don’t make brands; brands happen. It’s the customer who makes the brand.” He advocates for building brands organically through consistent good work and high value. Life and Business as an Art: “When life becomes mathematics, it loses its charm. Life is an art—enjoy it,” he advised, urging us to adopt a more artistic approach to both living and business. Authentic Leadership: He believes that “love is the currency with a longer shelf life than fear,” emphasizing the lasting impact of authenticity over fear. The Seven Debts: Mr. Neotia also touched on the concept of the seven debts we should be prepared to repay, as per Hindu philosophy, adding a spiritual layer to our discussion. He said to live life we should read the operating manual,and encouraged us to read Indian phylosophy to learn the art of living. This session was a profound reminder to stay grounded in our values, culture, and the joy of the journey as we scale our businesses. He said "Life is simple,we make it complicated". "Build a team in which all stakeholders win, rather than just yourself"

Some projects just leave you with pride, one such project for us was Milan Mela. The EVI (Early vendor involvement) we did for this project was a beautiful story in itself. With the visionary Architect Sri Vivek Rathore, the extraordinary structural consultants and the contractor. There had been so much to learn all throughout.
