Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) is the premier agency of the Government of Kerala, mandated to for industrial and investment promotion in Kerala. Formed in 1961, KSIDC’s primary objective was to promote, facilitate and finance large and medium scale industries and catalyze the development of physical and social infrastructure required for industrial growth in the state. Over the years KSIDC has metamorphosed into the one stop-shop for any investment in Kerala and the single point contact for investors setting up shop in the state. KSIDC offers a comprehensive set of services encompassing support in developing business ideas and viable projects, assistance in conducting feasibility studies, providing various financial products tailor made for different types of investments, handholding and facilitation from project conceptualization to commissioning, providing developed Infrastructure facilities and guidance for implementation. A nodal agency for foreign and domestic investments in Kerala, KSIDC facilitates clearances, approvals and processes various incentive schemes for starting a new business ventures. KSIDC acts as a spokesman of the State spreading its industrial ethos besides being an interface between the Government and the Industry. KSIDC team includes a core group of skilled professionals from various fields like Engineering, Management, Finance and Law. KSIDC has over 5 decades of proven track record of attracting a commendable volume of investment to the State. 50 കോടി രൂപ വരെ നിക്ഷേപം നടത്തി ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന സംരംഭങ്ങള്ക്ക് തടസമില്ലാതെ പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കാന് കെ- സ്വിഫ്റ്റ് വഴി താല്ക്കാലിക കെട്ടിട നമ്പര് അനുവദിക്കും. ഇതിനുള്ള ചട്ടം ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്ത് സര്ക്കാര് വിജ്ഞാപനം പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. 2020 ലെ കേരള സൂക്ഷ്മ ചെറുകിട ഇടത്തരം വ്യവസായ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും ഇതര വ്യവസായസ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും സുഗമമാക്കല് ചട്ടങ്ങളിലാണ് ഭേദഗതി വരുത്തിയത്. കെ -സ്വിഫ്റ്റ് മുഖേന വ്യവസായ സംരംഭത്തിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷ സമര്പ്പിക്കുമ്പോള് ലഭിക്കുന്ന കൈപ്പറ്റ് സാക്ഷ്യപത്രത്തില് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ നമ്പര് താല്ക്കാലിക കെട്ടിട നമ്പറായി പരിഗണിക്കുമെന്നതാണ് ചട്ട ഭേദഗതി. കെ.സ്വിഫ്റ്റ് അക്നോളജ്മെന്റുള്ള സംരംഭങ്ങള്ക്ക് മൂന്നുവര്ഷം വരെ സംസ്ഥാന നിയമങ്ങള്ക്ക് കീഴിലുള്ള ചില അനുമതികള് ഇല്ലാതെ പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കാമെന്ന് നേരത്തെ തന്നെ വ്യവസ്ഥയുണ്ട്. മൂന്ന് വര്ഷം കഴിഞ്ഞ് ആറുമാസത്തിനുള്ളില് ആവശ്യമുള്ള അനുമതികള് നേടിയാല് മതി. എന്നാല് വായ്പ നേടുന്നതിനുള്പ്പെടെ കെട്ടിടനമ്പര് ആവശ്യമായതിനാല് കെ സ്വഫ്റ്റ് മുഖേന താല്ക്കാലിക കെട്ടിട നമ്പര് അനുവദിക്കാനാണ് ചട്ട ഭേദഗതിയിലൂടെ വ്യവസ്ഥ ചെയ്യുന്നത്. കാലഹരണപ്പെട്ട വ്യവസായ നിയമങ്ങള് പരിഷ്കരിക്കുന്നതിനായി സര്ക്കാര് നിയോഗിച്ച ഡോ.കെ.സി സണ്ണി കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ ശുപാര്ശ പ്രകാരമാണ് ചട്ട ഭേദഗതി. തദ്ദേശ സ്വയം ഭരണവകുപ്പും വ്യവസായവകുപ്പും സണ്ണികമ്മിഷന് ശുപാര്ശകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില് നടത്തിയ ചര്ച്ചകളുടെ തുടര്ച്ചയായാണ് വിജ്ഞാപനം. കൈപ്പറ്റ് സാക്ഷ്യപത്രത്തിലെ നമ്പറായിരിക്കും അതിന്റെ കാലാവധിവരെ താല്ക്കാലിക കെട്ടിടനമ്പര്. മൂന്നു വര്ഷം കഴിഞ്ഞ് ആറുമാസത്തിനുള്ളില് സ്ഥിരമായുള്ള കെട്ടിട നമ്പര് ലഭ്യമാക്കിയാല് മതിയാകും. #KSIDC #kswift #keralagovernment
