Henry Ford famously said, Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success. The past few months at Klay Preschools and Daycare have been a heady mix of excitement, anticipation and awesomeness, all thanks to the stellar team I work with. It gets headier when the world likes the work you create and that's what our team experienced at #SHRM24. This was the first time that brand KLAY was being presented at a B2B event of this scale and our biggest challenge was to be visible AND relevant amongst hundreds of others for whom relevance wouldn't be a problem. Moreover, how do you retain the playfulness of brand KLAY, while speaking to senior leaders who are grappling with people implications of this VUCA world? The pictures below speak a thousand words on how our creative, content and BTL teams rose to the challenge. I'll let them do the talking.
