We do one thing, and one thing alone. At Lawfinity Solutions we ONLY wish to make organic visibility for law practices, a beast. And we recommend that law practices in the INR <40cr book size range should focus on their 'ONE THING'.
ONE THING = ONE PROBLEM.
We find that it is best to solve one narrow problem. But we are free to develop as many different service offerings as are, per our current experience, the fastest route to solve that one problem. In fact, focusing on one problem frees us up to build fast on the variety of routes to solve that problem.
Finding it hard to scale? You need a better service offer.
Cut down harder on the number of problems you solve. Say no to problems. Choose your favorite. You are competing against predecessors, in that problem, and if not, you are in a blue ocean where even you don't have enough validated skillsets to solve it. You need all the time in the world to focus on getting better.
There's fulfilment, there's client communication, there's upskilling, there's market research, there's talent search, there's talent retention, there's budgeting, there's compliances, there's price structures readjustment and more. The "best" service offer is not the best in book, but the best that can be executed given the realities of talent and budget availability.
When a law practice head is advised to work "on" the practice instead of "in" it, the message is not to move away from legal execution and start executing on marketing instead.
You have a massive job as innovator. Only when you do enough of that, can you give legit fodder to your marketer/practice development head to work with, in talking about your work.
We have breaking news for the legal sector: Improving your pitch and positioning is more than about name-dropping every now and then to your PD head about your new client wins and accolades. There's more to this "What's new" that should come out of these information update meetings.
Would you like a framework to think about the same and apprise your PD head of the correct details? DM/text me!
