We’ve been collaborating with Vivekananda Youth Forum 9th & 10th grade students for various career awareness sessions. These were conducted at Jamnabai Narsee School with students being the most inquisitive and excited for this journey. We offered personalized insights after conducting a test and having some one-on-ones and reviewing what they had to say. They were also given a forum to talk to a career counsellor and get their questions answered. Distribution of comprehensive information booklets covering various career fields, including courses, eligibility criteria, and scholarship opportunities for college and university programs, and provided guidance on how to effectively use these resources was also seen. We also collaborated with the students to build a roadmap for upcoming sessions. Their enthusiasm and dedication has been truly inspiring, reminding us that the future is in capable and passionate hands. #education #careerdevelopment #counselling

“Unstoppable Mindset” wrote an 8th grader student. Earlier this year, we collaborated with Aseema Charitable Trust Aseema Foundation to conduct transformative sessions for BMC schools 8th-grade students. With over 100 students, every session was designed to engage with students, asking insightful questions about their future aspirations and guiding them through key factors to consider when choosing a career. The students displayed remarkable promise and potential, showcasing a deep curiosity and a keen desire to learn. We shared inspiring stories that resonated with them, sparking motivation and a drive to succeed. The highlight of our sessions being an activity of creating their own Vision Boards. This exercise encouraged them to visualize their futures, set ambitious yet achievable goals, and develop a clear roadmap to realize their dreams. Their ability to articulate their goals and the eagerness to take actionable steps towards achieving them underscored the immense potential they possess. By fostering such talent and ambition, It’s necessary to ignite their exposure for paving the way for these students to become future leaders and change-makers.
