We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist 📍 Position: Digital Marketing Specialist & Office IT Support 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 📍 Type: Full-time contract About the job - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth. - Create and curate engaging content that is optimized for each platform. - Manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising, and track performance metrics. - Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices and adapt strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels as Sending leads to sales teams and following up the closing rate/ROI to include in analysis - Analyze and report on social media metrics to inform future strategies and decisions. - Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and other relevant partners. - Maintain and troubleshoot office IT systems, including computers, printers, and networks Ensure smooth operation of software and hardware systems and manage IT inventory Qualification: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or related field. Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Content Creation skills Knowledge of social media trends and best practices Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand. Create compelling graphic designs for various company campaigns. Manage and improve SEO SEM for the company's website. Produce, shoot, and edit marketing videos. Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience with ERP systems or software is a plus Self-Manage to contact, arrange and conduct shooting sessions with clients Will be able to direct the team to produce the content Knowledgeable in SEO and content buying and creating creative content and marketing campaigns Able to shoot, write, edit, and publish solely Job Specific Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer. Understanding of SEO and SEM. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
