On Zero Discrimination Day, let us reaffirm our commitment to a world where differences are celebrated, not punished. Discrimination—whether based on race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or identity—continues to limit opportunities and silence voices. True inclusion requires everyday actions that challenge bias. Bias, whether conscious or systemic, limits potential and stifles innovation in workplaces, schools, or communities.
