Marks & Spencer (M&S) uses a combination of traditional and modern marketing strategies to maintain its reputation for quality and adapt to the retail environment. Their strategies include: Core values M&S focuses on values like quality, sustainability, and customer experience. M&S avoids "tricksy" pricing and uses a "first price, right price" strategy with a whole lot of right choice for customer pockets. The range has entirely changed from what I saw when they launched in India to a gradual progression from catering to Mid 30s to now more of a Youth Focussed Brand with wearable clothing in this ever evolving clothing market ,keeping the latest Uber Fashion Trends ,Kudos to their Product and Category Teams and Special accolades to Munish Bhardwaj and his Operations Team for maintaining International Shopping Customer Experience.
