Silk sarees are highly esteemed in India and known for their exquisite craftsmanship. One intriguing fact about silk sarees, particularly the famous Kanjeevaram sarees, is that they are woven with a special technique that integrates three single silk threads that are twisted with a silver thread and then dipped in gold to attain the unique zari (metallic thread) work. This intricate method not only adds luster and durability to the saree but also makes it relatively heavier compared to other types of sarees. The Kanjeevaram silk sarees are renowned for their rich colors, elaborate designs, and their ability to last for generations due to their exceptional quality. #menmai #menmaifabrics #saree #sareehistory #silksaree #sareefashion #sareelove

Ⓜ️ The placement of a logo on a product can significantly impact brand visibility, recognition, and the overall aesthetics of the item. Saree industry here in India heavily depends on small scale/medium size manufactures where branding doesn’t add any value/meaning. We believe strong branding distinguishes a business from our competitors. It creates a unique identity, allowing customers to easily recognize and remember a brand amid a sea of options. The big question is finding the right place for logo!! In general logos are often placed where they are most visible, such as the front, center, or prominent areas of the product. The logo placement should complement the product's design and function. For instance, clothing brands often place logos on the chest area or sleeves, while tech devices might feature logos on the back or near the product's brand name. But like other fashion products we can’t place logo near the chest area or sleeves. After considering lot of factors & consumer feelings, we decided to place the logo on the bottom of the Pallu as a first iteration. We know it is not on a prominent areas of the product but we continue to work on this in upcoming iteration. People consider a business a brand when it establishes a recognizable identity and earns certain characteristics or attributes that set it apart in the market. We continue to improve the perception of Menmai as a brand evolves over time as it successfully differentiates itself, creates a memorable identity, builds trust, and establishes emotional connections with its audience.
