Position             : Sales / Marketing Executive Location             : Daman Qualification      : MBA in Marketing or a relevant Bachelor's degree Experience         : 3-5 years of sales & marketing experience, preferably in the Tin or Woven Sacks industry. Salary Budget    : Up to ₹5.00 Lacs per annum Job Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities: Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify potential clients, pitch products/services, and negotiate contracts to close deals. Drive business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and building strong client and partner relationships. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote products/services and increase sales. Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and monitor competitor activities for informed business decisions. Enhance the company’s brand presence through advertising, promotions, and public relations efforts. Maintain a robust CRM system to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist in the development of promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content. Qualifications & Key Requirements: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in implementing marketing campaigns and conducting market research. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle client relationships. Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing strategies. Willingness to travel pan-India as required for client meetings.
