Microfinish Valves Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1971 to manufacture ball valves, bellows sealed globe valves, globe valves for chlorine service, and knife edge gate valves. In the 1989 Microfinish started the manufacture and sale of chemical process and slurry pumps. For the last 50 years we have designed, developed, and supplied our products to: * Oil and gas facilities, hydrocarbon processing refineries, and petrochemical plants * Fossil fuel, nuclear, and combined cycle power plants * Fertilizer, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries * Food and beverage plants * Mining, mineral processing, and steel sectors * Pulp and paper mills We are recognized as a quality manufacturer of reliable valves and pumps for industry. Our wealth of experience has enabled Microfinish to become a prominent supplier of ball valves throughout the world and a reputable manufacturer of specialized pumps in India. Forged Titanium valve for highly corrosive environment The Assam Bio Refinery Pvt Ltd (ABRPL) developed India’s first biorefinery to produce cellulosic ethanol from bamboo biomass. This cogeneration plant includes two high pressure boilers of 98.5 TPH (tons per hour) capacity each, air pollution abatement equipment along with steam turbine generator and other auxiliary systems to generate process steam and power simultaneously. Microfinish Valves Pvt Ltd was invited to supply 20 Inch, Class #300 Trunnion mounted ball valves made of forged titanium tailored to the unique requirements of ABRPL service. The bare shaft valve, in a weight of 1600 Kg, was automated with a spring return scotch-yoke pneumatic actuator, and equipped with a control panel allowing the client ease of operation. The selection of Microfinish Valves as the preferred supplier for forged titanium ball valves highlights the company's reputation for reliability and quality.
