Here’s a quick highlight of some intriguing ideas they brought to the table: Karthigeyan S, emphasised the importance of incorporating detailed tasks and skill planning for developers, with the use of proper variable and function names to streamline the coding process. Sijeesh Balakrishnan — known to be creative and unconventional in his ways — discusses a critical need of bringing in more creative leaders to be part of boardroom meetings. Amal Salvin Joseph while reflecting on his experience as a project manager claims that building amicable and honest client relationships are what effectively closes most projects. Bhuvan Surya Purushothama B N, emphasised the value of learning from colleagues and juniors, the iterative process of trying different technologies, and the importance of continuously learning and adapting to new technologies. With encouraging thoughts on AI, Utkarsh Sahu dispelled some of the prevalent fears surrounding the technology.
