Blackstone Inc. – MOU signed for FDI in infrastructure and real estate with a USD 5 Bn investment. 4. Temasek Holdings – MOU signed for urban development with a focus on sustainability, contributing USD 5 Bn. 5. Sumitomo Realty & Development – MOU signed for infrastructure development with USD 5 Bn investment. 6. K Raheja Corp – MOU signed for FDI in infrastructure and real estate development with a USD 5 Bn investment. 7. The Everstone Group – MOU signed for urban infrastructure with a USD 1 Bn investment. 8. Sotefin – MOU signed for innovative parking solutions in the MMR with an investment of USD 1 Bn. 9. मा. महानगर आयुक्त डॉ. संजय मुखर्जी, भाप्रसे , यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली KFW Development Bank च्या प्रतिनिधींसोबत एक बैठक घेण्यात आली, आणि एकत्रित घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन प्रकल्पाच्या प्रगतीचा आढावा घेण्यात आला. KFW अधिकाऱ्यांनी वाळिवली, बदलापूर येथील प्रकल्प स्थळाची पाहणी केली आणि आजपर्यंत झालेल्या प्रगतीबाबत समाधान व्यक्त केले. चर्चेदरम्यान KfW अधिकाऱ्यांनी सांगितले की, एका जर्मन कंपनीसोबत भागीदारी करण्याच्या प्रक्रियेत आहेत आणि घनकचरा व्यवस्थापनावरील ज्ञानाची देवाणघेवाण घडवून आणण्यास मदत करू शकतात, ज्यामुळे वर्तुळाकार अर्थव्यवस्था व शाश्वत नागरी विकासासाठी MMRDAच्या पुढाकारांना अधिक बळकटी मिळेल. प्राधिकरण वाळिवली, बदलापूर येथे अंबरनाथ नगरपरिषद, कुळगांव-बदलापूर नगरपरिषद आणि उल्हासनगर महापालिका यांच्यासाठी एकत्रित घनकचरा प्रक्रिया सुविधा विकसित व चालविणे” या प्रकल्पाची अंमलबजावणी करत आहे. यासाठी निविदा प्रक्रियेद्वारे ठेकेदाराची नियुक्ती केली असून सदर प्रकल्पाच्या अंमलबजावणीला सुरुवात केली आहे.KfW या बँकेच्या आर्थिक सहकार्याने या प्रकल्पाची अंमलबजावणी करण्यात येत आहे. Hon’ble Metropolitan Commissioner Dr. Sanjay Mukherjee, IAS, chaired a meeting with KFW Development Bank representatives to review the progress of the Integrated Solid Waste Management project. During the visit, KfW officials inspected the project site at Walivali, Badlapur, and expressed satisfaction with the development so far. During the discussions, KfW also shared that they are in the process of partnering with a German company and may facilitate knowledge exchange on Solid Waste Management—further enhancing MMRDA’s initiatives in circular economy and sustainable urban development. MMRDA is executing the project of Development and Operation of an Integrated Solid Waste Processing Facility (ISWM) for Ambarnath Municipal Council, Kulgaon–Badlapur Municipal Council, and Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation” at Walivali, Badlapur. In this regard, MMRDA has already appointed a contractor through the tender process and commenced execution of the said project. KfW is financing the project. एमएमआरडीएचे महानगर आयुक्त डॉ. संजय मुखर्जी, भाप्रसे यांनी नुकतीच फ्रेंच- कॅनेडियन उत्पादक कंपनी अल्स्टॉम इंडियाचे व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक, श्री. अनिल कुमार सैनी यांच्याशी मुंबई मेट्रो लाईन-९ च्या सिग्नलिंग कामांबाबत चर्चा करण्यासाठी बैठक घेतली. या बैठकीत प्रकल्प कार्यक्षमतेने पूर्ण करण्यासाठी वेळेचे नियोजन आणि तज्ञांच्या कौशल्याचा प्रभावी वापर यावर भर देण्यात आला. जागतिक दर्जाच्या गुणवत्तेसह प्रकल्पाची पूर्तता वेळेवर करण्यासाठी अत्याधुनिक तंत्रज्ञानाचा वापर करून एमएमआरडीए मेट्रो बांधकाम जलद गतीने पूर्ण करत आहे. कामाच्या प्रक्रियेला गती देण्यासाठी प्रत्येक मेट्रो प्रकल्पासाठी टीम प्रमुख नियुक्त करण्यात आले आहेत, ज्यामुळे समन्वय साधला जाईल आणि निर्धारित वेळेत काम पूर्ण केले जाईल. डॉ. संजय मुखर्जी यांनी यावेळी हेही स्पष्ट केले की, सर्व तांत्रिक तज्ञ एकत्रितपणे प्रयत्न करत असून, त्यामुळे मुंबईतील वाहतुकीत लवकरच मोठे बदल दिसून येतील. To streamline progress, team leaders have been appointed for each metro project, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to deadlines.
