Tech / BE / Diploma - Mechanical  Req. Key skills / Competency -  Responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of incoming Mechanical parts(Machining Parts, Plating parts, Plastic parts and standard parts) to ensure they meet company standards and specifications. Strong understanding in GD&T, Read and interpret Engineering drawings, First article inspection (FAI), Instrument Maintenance, Gauge R&R, Problem solving, Mechanical inspection Visual and Dimensional, Plating inspection, Understanding SOP, Kaizen, 5S, Communication.         Years of Experience required – Minimum 2 years        Key Responsibilities –  · Perform inspections of incoming mechanical parts (Mechanical parts, Plating parts, Plastic parts and standard parts) according to established quality standards and specifications. · Utilize various inspection tools and equipment such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs. · Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions & QIP. · Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to detect defects, deviations, and non-conformances. · Record and document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed inspection records. · Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to address and resolve quality issues. · Report and document any non-conforming materials or parts and assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. · Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure accuracy. · Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality control department. · Ensure compliance with company quality policies, procedures, and industry standards   Interested Candidates, please share your resume to vidya.venugopal@nestgroup.net (subject line should be job title) Contact number: 7510668222.
