World Health Day celebrations at NEL Mumbai !  TEAM SYNERGY (Society of Young NEL Energy) at NEL Mumbai, is thrilled to announce that the World Health Day - Blood Donation camp was a resounding success with the collection of 101 blood samples ! The CPR training session was particularly enlightening. It provided invaluable skills to save lives in emergencies. NPCC Engineering(NEL) organized a three-day workshop for business transformation in the form of the ERTIQAA program. ERTIQAA translates to "To Elevate" in Arabic. However, the program aims at achieving enhanced core values, namely E – Efficiency, R – Resilience, T – Transformation, I – Integration, Q – Quality, A – Automation and A – Agility. Nominated teams from NMDC Abu Dhabi, NPCC Abu Dhabi, and Accenture were active participants in this event apart from the NEL teams. The aim was to consolidate a shared commitment to the program’s core values.   The objective of the workshop was to inculcate the awareness about the transformation initiatives being implemented by NMDC Group Management and to initiate the readiness for change and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. This program was strategically designed to foster a collaborative work environment and enhance overall efficiency, enabling the organization to maintain its competitiveness and envision growth in the ever-changing business landscape.   NEL has embarked on a journey of transformation to be aligned with meeting global standards. The ERTIQAA program will serve as a professional guideline throughout this remarkable journey. The NEL team is eager and motivated to embrace these changes to effectively handle the future challenges and deliver global projects effectively.
