Effective and regular communication with individuals and groups is to be done periodically to know the day to day issues and routine 2. Conducting exit interviews to uncover underlying reasons (sometimes you can find the actual reasons which can be surprising, sometimes eye opening realities on the floor and sometimes genuine reasons) 3. Introducing regular feedback and coaching 4. Fostering an open-door policy Results: - Reduced turnover by 20% - Improved employee satisfaction by 25% - Enhanced teamwork and collaboration within the next 3 months.
