About the Role: In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both our customers and staff. You'll wear many hats, from managing inventory and scheduling to interacting with customers and resolving conflicts. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including kitchen, service, and admin areas. Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining menu items, taking orders, and handling guest inquiries and feedback. Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and maintain a well-stocked restaurant. Ensure efficient processing of online orders and meet deadlines consistently. Maintain food quality and presentation standards by conducting regular inspections and making necessary adjustments. Resolve conflicts between team members and make strategic decisions to improve restaurant efficiency. Foster a positive work environment by monitoring cleaning tasks, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere, and ensuring team hygiene adheres to company standards. Manage staff attendance, schedules, and hygiene compliance. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
