Yes, warm leads are the easiest to convert. However, relying solely on warm leads isn't the way to go if you want to have a predictable source of revenue from your business. Outreach is the best method to ensure predictable revenue from your business. Let me explain how with an example Let’s say you can manage 4 new clients a month. With 3000 emails a day, 3 emails per lead (2 follow ups per lead) and 20 working days every month, you can reach out to 20,000 prospects every month. Supposedly, Your reply rate is 2.5%, with a 25% positive reply rate(These stats are very prudent, most people I know do much better than this). This equals 125 positive leads every month. Out of these 125 interested leads, let’s say 30% hop on a meeting with you. This means you have a little under 40 meetings every month. You require as much as a 10% close rate to close 4 clients. Now, if the LTV of each client is $10,000, that’s $40,000 of revenue added for a cost just fractions of that (And that’s after paying an agency to run these campaigns for you). Now, these numbers might not work the same across different industries, but you’ll get an idea how Cold Email can help you increase your MRR.
