Key Responsibilities: • Radiology & Hospital Onboarding: • Identify and onboard radiology centers and hospital to expand our network. • Negotiate and finalize agreements with radiology & hospitals service providers to ensure competitive pricing and service quality. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new radiology partners into the existing network. • Corporate Tie-Ups: • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to offer customized healthcare packages. • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and corporate collaborations. • Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with corporate clients to drive revenue growth. • Lead Generation & Business Growth: • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation through various channels (digital marketing, networking events, referrals, etc.). • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to convert leads into long-term business relationships. • Set and achieve sales targets to drive business growth and profitability. • Market Research & Analysis: • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the healthcare sector, particularly in radiology services. • Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to stay ahead in the industry. • Client Relationship Management: • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. • Regularly meet with clients to discuss their needs and ensure our services meet their expectations. Other Requirements : • Proven experience in successfully onboarding healthcare providers and securing corporate partnerships. • Strong understanding of the healthcare market, particularly in diagnostics and radiology. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
