Welcome to Pliwa, a brand of Leela Naturals LLP, a social enterprise where we believe that the key to a healthy lifestyle lies in plant-based, living, wholesome, and water-rich foods. We have a wide range of clean label food and beverages, Vegan and healthy food. We deliver fresh, pure, and cold-pressed vegetable juice across Bangalore through a subscription model. As a brand, we are dedicated to raising awareness about the benefits of these often neglected natural resources. Our objective is to make a positive impact on human health and the environment through natural living. We advocate for Veganism and Circular economy principles. Our juice is produced and delivered with a unique zero-waste concept. During production, we utilize peels and leftovers of vegetables to create organic manure, and citrus peels are transformed into bio-enzymes. We are proud to use zero plastic, delivering our juice in eco-friendly glass bottles. These bottles are bought back from our subscribers, completing our zero-waste cycle. At Pliwa, we are committed to providing our customers with the purest quality juices that are not only nutritious but also delicious. We promote Vegan lifestyle, Circular economy, and Natural living.     On 21st June, this month whole world is going to celebrate an International Yog(Yoga) Day !! Yog(Yoga), in its comprehensive and traditional sense, encompasses much more than physical postures (asanas). It is a holistic way of life that integrates ethical, mental, and spiritual dimensions. The Foundation of Yoga Yog(Yoga), an ancient practice that originated in India over 5,000 years ago, is much more than a series of physical exercises. It encompasses a philosophy and way of life that promotes harmony between mind, body, and spirit. The word “Yog”(Yoga) itself means "union," symbolising the integration of individual consciousness with universal consciousness. Through its eight limbs, including ethical guidelines (Yamas and Niyamas), postures (Asanas), breathing techniques (Pranayama), and meditation (Dhyana), yoga teaches us to live in balance with ourselves and the world around us. Satvik Lifestyle: Purity and Harmony A Satvik lifestyle, often recommended in yogic teachings, emphasises purity, simplicity, and harmony. "Satva" is one of the three Gunas (qualities) in Vedic philosophy, representing purity and balance.
