Simplilearn is a company that gets that health doesn't clock out when the sun goes down. We recently oraganised a health mela at their offices and the team made sure their night shift teams weren't left out. ☀️ 2 days dedicated to day shift employees 🌖 1 day specifically arranged for night shift teams 🏥 493 health passports issued in total Hats off to Simplilearn for making sure everyone had a chance to join in, regardless of the time they check in.

👬 One twin opened Google. Another twin opened Plum app. Guess who's still sick? Here is what the most famous twins are going through when they are not giving *ahem* 5-star performances: 🙍♂️ Ramesh: 💻 Googled symptoms, self-diagnosed, hoped for the best 😤 Spent half a day in traffic and waiting rooms when things got worse 💰 Paid full price for meds (ouch) 🏢 Boss: "So... you're taking another day off?" 🙍♂️ Suresh: 🖥️ Quick video call with a doctor between meetings 🏥 Got the right treatment right away ➕ Used Plum Perks for discounted medicine 😌 Finished work on time and went home with relief. Also, we heard you loud and clear - You can now access telehealth services on web (thanks to EPD team) Hey since they are twins, Suresh can always invite Ramesh to join Plum through dependent login (again, thanks EPD).

Non-exhaustive list of things you could do in the time it takes to read a typical health insurance policy, which can be up to 125000 words long: 📺 Watch two episodes of Nikhil Kamath's WTF podcast 📕 Read Paul Graham's essay on Doing Good Work, seven times 🚘 Drive from Bangalore to Chennai, keeping Silk Board traffic in mind 📖 Read Pride and Prejudice once 🏃♂️ Run a marathon and a half (Two if you're Keerthi Siddeshwar) Issued in public interest, because policies shouldn't have to be this long or complex to consume.

Health screenings should be more than clinical checkpoints—they should be engaging experiences that inspire genuine commitment to wellness. That's why we created the Health Passport. Our beautifully designed booklet guides participants through 5 essential zones: 🏋♂️ Fitness Zone: A fun, interactive introduction to daily fitness habits 💪 Screening Zone: Provides comprehensive body metrics (protein, fat, hydration, muscle mass) 🥕 Nutrition Zone: Personalised consultations with nutrition experts 🦷 Aging Zone: Essential dental and eye check-ups 💆♀️ Relax Zone: Stress-relief through massage therapy Each completed screening earns a stamp—subtle validation that builds momentum throughout the experience. This simple innovation has dramatically improved the health mela experience in several ways: 🏁 Turning checkups into checkpoints: What was medical becomes a mission—collect all five stamps. 🏥 Making FOMO work for health: Empty passport spaces motivate completion of all screenings 🙌 Builds community momentum: Completed passports become both personal mementos and conversation starters, as early adopters inspire other to participate Perhaps most importantly, the Health Passport ensures no important screening is missed. Wellness, it turns out, is a destination best reached with a passport in hand. Jahnavi Koganti built this experience, read more about this here: https://lnkd.in/gFwUrBsu Want to organise a health mela at your offices? Drop a comment below and we'll reach out to you.

🌟 3 days, 3 locations, 229 health passports issued. Our recent Health Mela tour showcased NuSummit's genuine commitment to employee wellbeing: 1️⃣ Nusummit, Mumbai: 95 health passports 2️⃣ Nusummit, Navi Mumbai: 83 health passports 3️⃣ Nusummit, Chennai: 51 health passports That's 229 team members whose health is now a priority—not just in words, but in action. When companies invest in preventive healthcare, everyone wins. Major kudos to NuSummit's leadership for prioritising what truly matters: their people. Shoutout to our team who pulled this off, and to everyone who ditched the "I'll check next month" excuse.
