Completed last year and fully occupied by Volvo in support of its nearby factory, Building D accommodates high-volume distribution operations and features 40-foot clear height, a cross-dock loading configuration, 208 dock-high doors, four drive-in doors and 84 dock levelers. The building comes as part of Camp Hall's massive, next-generation industrial campus, which spans 6,800 acres and was recently named the #6 Best Industrial Park in the nation. Earlier this week, we kicked off ICSC Southeast in Atlanta with a party at Spring Quarter, our new mixed-use destination transforming an entire city block in Midtown. With food and drinks provided by future tenant Habaneros, we got a taste of what the future of Spring Quarter holds: lush greenery surrounding the historic H.M Patterson Home & Gardens, intimate paseos between 1020 Spring and Sora, and a ground floor activated with vibrant restaurants and retail. Last week, we joined Mayor Freddie O'Connell for the grand opening of the newly realigned segment of the Cumberland River Greenway which runs in front of Starling, our new 359-unit multifamily building in Germantown. Located behind the outfield of the Nashville Sounds ballpark, we were honored to partner with Metro Sports Authority, Nashville Sounds Baseball Club and Metro Parks Nashville to bring new landscaping, lighting and amenities to the greenway. This breathtaking piece has been over 2.5 years in the making, and we couldn't be more proud to display's Kevin's dedication, vision and artistry at one of the most prominent corners of the Atlanta Beltline.
