We choose a problem when the WHY behind it becomes crystal clear to us—whether it's indirect and maverick buying, biofuels, or packaging! We are here to elevate India's position on the global manufacturing stage as the country moves forward in manufacturing.
Our bio-fuel business reminds me of the Great Horse Manure Crisis in London! I’m borrowing this example from Jared of Silicon Valley. In the 1800s, most cities were drowning in horse manure, as horses were the primary means of commuting and transportation. The London Times predicted that in 50 years, every street in London would be buried under 9 feet of manure. But that didn’t happen! Why? The Industrial Revolution and Henry Ford’s invention of affordable motor transport. Soon enough, we had cars, buses, trucks... you name it! So, what seemed like an unsolvable problem — one that led large conventions across the world — was solved when manufacturing stepped up! India’s AQI is again a huge problem, and I live in Noida, where we experience severe AQI at certain times of the year. Sure, it seems like an unsolvable problem right now, but all it takes is a few steps, and we might one day look back and not even remember it as an issue — much like the manure crisis. Our bio-fuel business is very close to my heart. It’s difficult to build and started off as super unorganized, but it's a step toward cleaner air as more and more manufacturers move away from coal and start using bio-fuel — briquettes and pellets. Today, 70 of our customers have already begun using bio-fuel, and soon, most manufacturers will follow the lead. I’m hopeful that we’ll soon start seeing clear skies in Delhi-NCR! :) ProcMart, Nikhil Vora, Ashish Agarwal, Prateek Jain, Piyush Tiwari, SACHIN JAIN, Punit Sharma, Hitesh Lunawat, Raxit Bisht, Abhishek Kumar Singh, Aman P., Ankur Kandoi, Sanjana Kapoor, Abhishek Rana #Biofuel #AQI #CleanEnergy #Manufacturing #Startup #SiliconValley
