𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐨 - 𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭! 🥹 Our Account Manager at Interactive Avenues (our partner agency) Neel Shah, has been a die-hard Rahul Dravid fan for as long as he (and we) can remember - naming himself Jr. Jammy on WhatsApp, treating his own Instagram handle as a Dravid fanpage, and even setting his WhatsApp bio in honour of the legend himself. We too, have been ears to many Dravid stories over nearly 4 years of working with him. 👌😂 So, when we told our Jr. Jammy we were flying him to Bengaluru for an interview he had to conduct with an RR player, little did he know that the man himself would walk through those doors to say, 𝘏𝘪 𝘕𝘦𝘦𝘭! In a moment that saw everyone in the room get teary-eyed, Neel finally met his hero in flesh - and for someone who can never stop talking about Dravid, he was left 𝐀𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲. 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬. It took the entire interaction for reality to sink in for Neel, until he politely asked Dravid before leaving… 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘩𝘶𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶? 🥹 Watch this heartwarming video where Neel meets Dravid, and reflects on a lifelong dream that finally turned into reality for him. 💗 This is what dreams are made of. 𝑹𝒂𝒉𝒖𝒍 𝑫𝒓𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒅 𝒊𝒔 𝒂 𝑹𝒐𝒚𝒂𝒍, 𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏. 💗 Today marks a special homecoming as we welcome back one of the finest cricketing minds in the world - Rahul Dravid, as our new Head Coach. Dravid's journey with the Royals goes back to 2011 when he first donned our colours. From leading the team to the IPL playoffs to nurturing young talent as a mentor - his leadership has greatly inspired the Royals' story over the years. Now, after shaping Indian cricket's future and winning the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, he returns to the Royals Family to write the next chapter of our journey. Dravid will work closely with our Director of Cricket, Kumar Sangakkara, to drive the franchise's cricketing strategy forward. We're excited to see what this new era brings, starting with the much-anticipated retention, leading up to the mega auction and an action-packed IPL 2025 season!
