At RIA India, Diwali transcends the act of gift-giving and celebrations; it embodies our commitment to making a positive societal impact. This festive season, we embraced the spirit of compassion through meaningful initiatives. Activities began with a blood donation drive at our Pune office, where 34 employees volunteered to contribute to life-saving efforts. Additionally, we had the privilege of supporting Ms. Kiran Kamdar, also known as #KhichadiBank. Kiran Ji, a resilient 63-year-old living with Parkinson’s disease, cares for her family, including her son, who has cerebral palsy and now works as a software engineer. In 2020, she saw the food shortages hospital patients endured and was inspired to help. Since then, she has prepared and served meals daily to over 200 patients. #RIACares is honored to support her mission by covering her monthly expenses for the next three months. At RIA, we uphold our core values by prioritizing care and support for our employees and communities in need. This year, we celebrated Diwali with purpose, gratitude, and a commitment to making a difference. #RIA #LifeAtRIA #RIACares #DiwaliWithPurpose #EmployeeEngagement #CommunityImpact #KhichadiBank #BloodDonationDrive
