Spreading Warmth, One Blanket at a Time! At RSPL Welfare Foundation, our dedication to supporting underprivileged communities in rural and semi-urban areas remains unwavering. This winter, our Annual Blanket Distribution Drive – 2025 kicked off in December 2024, ensuring warmth reached those in need during the coldest months. The drive continued in multiple phases wrapping up as winter ended. A significant highlight was meeting Additional Deputy Commissioner of Gurgaon, Shri Hitesh Kumar Ji, and handing over blankets for distribution in villages across Gurgaon. But our mission didn’t stop there! We proudly partnered with Government Departments, NGO’s.  Our RSPL Volunteers took upon themselves the task of reaching out to people in need during the cold winter nights and proudly supported the Initiative!!! Our Partners ✅ Additional Deputy Commissioner of Gurgaon ✅ Haryana State CSR Trust (HSCSRT) ✅ Hiranmoyee India Foundation (Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh) ✅ Mera Gaon Mera Desh Foundation (New Delhi) ✅ RSPL Staff Volunteers   Together, we ensured that blankets reached the most vulnerable. Beyond organized distributions, our team of volunteers personally handed out blankets to homeless individuals seeking shelter along the roadside, footpaths, outside hospitals, in night shelters, and under bridges in Gurgaon, Kanpur, Delhi, and NCR- offering immediate relief from the freezing temperatures. None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of our partners. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who contributed their time and effort to make this initiative a SUCCESS!!! At the NSS Camp, organized by Government Girls College, Sector 52, Gurgaon, #RSPLWelfareFoundation (RSPLWF) conducted an engaging & Impactful session on Personal and Fabric Care Hygiene. Led by Ms. Mamta Malik, Head of CSR & Corporate Communication – RSPL Group, along with team members Jasmin and Mudit, the session emphasized the importance of proper handwashing techniques and their role in daily hygiene. It also highlighted the significance of fabric hygiene in promoting overall health and well-being. The vibrant spirit of International Women's Day was celebrated with immense joy and enthusiasm at RSPL Group Gurugram & Kanpur Office. The event was thoughtfully planned to offer a refreshing break from routine and create lasting memories among the female colleagues. RSPL Group hosted a transformative one-day session titled "Women in Leadership Program" at Gurugram Office, dedicated to empowering our female colleagues to ascend the corporate ladder. This initiative resonated with the year's theme, #AccelerateAction, underscoring our commitment to swiftly advancing gender equality within our workplace.   At RSPL Group Kanpur Office, all female employees gathered for a special two-hour session filled with delightful childhood sports activities. The event was designed to spark nostalgia, promote teamwork, and above all, bring out the playful spirit in everyone. Colleagues enthusiastically participated in various traditional games like Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, tug of war, and relay races, filling the room with laughter and cheerful banter.    Amid the fun and excitement, moments of togetherness were cherished as participants cheered each other on, creating an atmosphere of positivity and unity. The event served as a beautiful reminder of the strength, resilience, and camaraderie shared among the women of RSPL Group. The celebration concluded with refreshments and heartfelt conversations, leaving everyone with smiles and unforgettable memories. It was indeed a day to remember, celebrating not only achievements but also the joyous essence of being a woman.

This year on March 8th, Gurgaon witnessed a heartfelt tribute to the unsung heroes of the city- Over 3,000 Women Safai Karamchari's whose hard work keeps the city neat & clean. In the spirit of this year’s International Women’s Day theme — " Rights. Equality. Empowerment. "- the RSPL Welfare Foundation (RSPLWF) joined hands with the Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) to honor the women for dedication & resilience.   As part of the "Aparajita- Humse Hai Gurugram" initiative, RSPLWF distributed cloth bag hampers containing Ghadi detergent and Pro-ease sanitary napkins- a small yet meaningful gesture to promote the use of sustainable and hygienic products among these hardworking women.   The celebratory event at Tau Devi Lal Stadium was graced by key dignitaries, including MCG Commissioner-Shri Ashok Kumar Garg, Additional Commissioner- Shri Balpreet Singh, and Joint Commissioner-Shri Sumit Kumar amongst others senior officials. A special moment of recognition came when Ms. Mamta Malik, Head of CSR & Corporate Communication at RSPL Ltd. was felicitated by Commissioner Shri.
