#RVNL is observing Vigilance Awareness Week- 2024 (VAW-2024) from 28 October 2024 to 3 November 2024. This outreach and awareness effort is aimed at bringing all stakeholders under one roof and promote integrity and eradicate corruption. Today at #CorporateOffice in #NewDelhi, CMD RVNL, Sh. Mr. Ashutosh Kr. Mishra, Supreme Court Advocate shared valuable perspectives on navigating disputes with integrity. Corporate Office officials attended in person, while PIU teams joined virtually, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and accountability across all levels. Also, an ‘Online Complaint Management System’ has been inaugurated today by CMD RVNL which has been developed jointly by the IT and Vigilance Department of RVNL. RVNL concluded its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) today at Corporate Office in #NewDelhi. The Meeting was chaired by Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) RVNL, Sh. Pradeep Gaur and was attended by Director (Finance), Director (Operations), Director (Projects), Director (Personnel) and Company Secretary. Independent Directors, Dr. M.V. Natesan and Sh. Anupam Mallik were also present. Update: #MoUSigning: #EIL & #RVNL 👍✅🤝👏 Today, on September 26, 2024, an MoU has been signed between #EIL and #RVNL in #NewDelhi to explore business opportunities across the globe in Infrastructure and Consultancy projects. The MoU was signed by Sh. Rajesh Prasad, Director (Operations) RVNL and Sh. Atul Gupta, Director (Commercial), EIL in the presence of CMD EIL, Smt. Vartika Shukla; Director (Projects) EIL, Sh. Rajeev Gupta; Director (Finance) EIL, Sh. Sanjay Jindal; Director (Finance) RVNL, Sh. Sanjeeb Kumar and Principal Executive Director (CC & BD) RVNL, Sh. Ajit Singh. The MoU outlines to explore business avenues and identify projects across the globe in railway, metro, urban & infrastructure, renewables, ports & terminals and of any other mutual interest. It also includes sharing relevant project information with the aim of identifying market needs, establishing a strong working relationship to target specific industry needs and facilitating the development of framework of business proposals.
