#Automating the measurement and control of #viscosity in your paint line is straightforward and easy to implement. By integrating an inline VTS viscometer directly into your paint line, you can continuously monitor both temperature and viscosity in real time. This device communicates with the controller, which activates solenoid valves at the tank to adjust the mixture—adding solvent to thin the material or virgin paint to thicken it as needed.
