Position: SAP 1st Level Support Specialist
Location: Egypt
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Level: Mid-Career
Reports to: Group IT Applications Manager
Job Summary:
The SAP 1st Level Support Specialist will manage SAP-related incidents and requests, provide initial support, and escalate issues as needed. This role includes maintaining SAP Master Data and supporting the smooth operation of SAP modules, particularly MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and FI (Financial Accounting).
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and triage SAP-related incidents and requests.
· Analyze, respond to, or escalate incidents to Level 2 Consultants as appropriate.
· Maintain Master Data across relevant SAP modules (MM, SD, FI).
· Ensure all support requests are addressed efficiently and effectively.
· Document and track issues and resolutions in the support system.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 1-2 years of experience in SAP 1st-level support or a similar role.
· Practical experience and knowledge in SAP, specifically in MM, SD, and FI modules.
· Strong problem-solving, time-management, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
