Thanks Evan Leybourn for a wonderful session on People Centric Agile Organizations. Your insights and ideas to build resilient organisations that can achieve their purpose "No Matter What the Future Brings" were inspiring. Illustrating behaviour domains that are the exemplars of true business agility made it obvious that agility is more than talk but bringing out the leader in every individual. Evan's Theory of (Agile) Constraints made evident why business agility should be a journey and not a destination. It was only an hour of time spent but the audience got several years wisdom packed for years to implement.
