Position/Role- CAE/FEA Engineer Qualification: ME/M.Tech– Mechanical /Structural Engineering Experience: 00 to 03 Years Software: ANSYS Workbench Notice Period: Immediate or Max. 1 Month.   Mandatory Skills: ·      Proficient with FEA software package - ANSYS Workbench. ·      Should have Good Knowledge of Linear & Non-Linear Static Structural, Steady State, Harmonic, Thermo-mechanical Eigen buckling analysis and Modal analysis involving Materials, Geometric & Contact Non-linearity in ANSYS·  ·      Sound Knowledge in Mechanical/structural calculations. ·      Sound Knowledge of FEA (Finite Element Analysis) fundamental theories. ·      Should be Good in hand calculations, Verification & interpretation of FE Results. ·      Participate in design reviews with the customer and present toll gate reviews. ·      Strong understanding of Finite Element Method Concepts & Strengths of Materials. ·      Proficient with basic Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). ·      Excellent analytical skills and the ability to perform complex assignments. ·      Experience in the use of different standards like ASME/ FEM/ DNV/EN etc. will be preferred. Experience: 01to 05 Years Qualifications: ME/MTech (Thermal Engineering) No. of Positions: 05 Location: Pune Skills: · Proficient with ANSYS Fluent/STAR CCM+ Software package. · Knowledge of fluid dynamics and heat transfer. · Ability to perform fluid dynamic simulation and optimization analysis. · Must have experience in ANSYS Fluent Module. · Perform technical design reviews and recommend improvements. ·  Prepare technical proposals based on problem statement or Statement of Work (SOW) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) Provide accurate and detailed reports of CFD results. · Create methods documents and best practice guidelines to improve the quality of deliverables · User level Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint · Candidate should provide effective design solutions to optimize product functionality, reliability and stability & should follow best practices for accurate computational efficiency. · Candidate should maintain complete documentation for CFD analysis and engineering methods. · Candidate should develop process improvements and standard work practices for operational efficiency. · A person from a service-based industry adds an advantage. · Candidate should attend team meetings to discuss design techniques and issues. · Strong verbal and written communication skills.
