Today, SCAI held a Masterclass at the Ambuja Neotia Corporate Office in Kolkata. This was the first Masterclass organized for the shopping malls of East India The subject was “Master the Art of Cost Control: How to Keep Your CAM in Check,” specifically tailored for shopping malls in Eastern India. This was the fourth in the series and saw participation from 43 attendees representing 14 malls. The workshop focused on enhancing mall profitability through the strategic management of seven key operational areas. The interactive session provided actionable insights, improving participants' managerial skills and professional acumen .  SCAI extends its gratitude to the management of Ambuja Neotia Group for their support in organizing this insightful event for the shopping mall industry.

Today, SCAI held a workshop at Viviana Mall, Thane, titled “Master the Art of Cost Control,” specifically for shopping malls in Western India. The workshop, led by Mr. Audhesh Pandey from JLL, was the third in the series and saw participation from 40 attendees representing 15 malls. The workshop focused on enhancing mall profitability through strategic management of seven key operational areas. The interactive nature of the session made it particularly effective, as he shared actionable strategies and innovative ideas that participants can apply in their daily operations, thereby enhancing their managerial skills and professional acumen. SCAI extends its gratitude to the management of Viviana Mall for their support in organizing this insightful event for the shopping mall industry.

SCAI hosted a workshop at the World Trade Centre Bangalore on “Master the ART OF COST CONTROL,” conducted by Audhesh Pandey from JLL, which was a great success . He shared practical and realistic tips on how to control cost. The session's interactive nature made it highly effective. It was productive, focusing on seven crucial areas of mall management. Attendees gained actionable strategies and innovative ideas applicable to their daily operations, enhancing their managerial skills and professional acumen.
