JOB DESCRIPTION: QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE CUM MICROBIOLOGIST Number of Openings: 01 Experience: Minimum 02 Years Salary: 25K -30K Functional Area: Quality Assurance Industry: Medical Devices/ Equipment Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time Job Location: Plot No. 1792, HSIIDC, Industrial Estate, Rai, District – Sonipat, Haryana. Education : (UG) B. Sc in Microbiology Job Description: 1. Performing Bioburden and Sterility tests for medical devices as per ISO 11737 Part-1 and Part-2 respectively. 2. Environmental Monitoring by plate exposure, contact plate, and swabbing method 3. Handling, Calibration, and maintenance of types of equipment along with maintenance of subsequently generated records. 4. Monitoring stability and shelf-life study of products 5. Preparation of validation protocol for all the instruments in the microbiology lab. 6. Maintenance & revival of required pure mother cultures. 7. Generating test reports for bioburden & sterility tests respectively. 8. Develop & perform microbial method validations 9. Develop & perform validation protocol and report for autoclave. 10. Test the efficacy of media & chemicals. 11. Technical justification of all the test method deviations being made performance of test activities. 12. Ensuring authenticity & checking of all the data being generated in the performance of test activities. 13. Implement ISO 13485:2016 compliance throughout the whole company. 15. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) for all the departments. 16. Facilitate internal audit & MRM and prepare reports accordingly. 17. Prepare technical files as per different countries' requirements. 18. Ensuring the integrity & confidentiality of all the data being generated in the company.
