We all know humans respond to stories. But how many of us get to learn storytelling, especially to bring about change in our business or community? The “Storytelling for change” session organised by SEAP brought together a group of Pune’s senior leaders. The session started with creating action-oriented objectives of storytelling and use of anecdotes all the way to providing a robust framework for storytelling that has helped G. Riley Mills of Pinnacle win two Emmy Awards! With his charisma and energy, Gary was able to have the participants tell superbly convincing stories by the end of the session to bring about change in their organizations, individuals, and community. 8 senior executives and SEAP members worked with Emmy award winner and Co-founder and COO of Pinnacle Performance Company to perfect their ability to craft and impactfully communicate compelling change stories.
