Feedback of the day! SoulUp is building India's first and largest Peer support network allowing people to have conversations with others who have firsthand experience of the same thing as them. And this is could be anything that affects us emotionally - right from #mentalillness to #relationships to tough life-#decisions. Bijoyini found several Peers on SoulUp who had a gone through an #adoption journey and also had a similar profile as hers. Definitely a high stakes decision and people which are hard to find! Delighted she was able to have some valuable conversations on SoulUp :)

Erectile Dysfunction Support Group At SoulUp, we start hundreds of support groups every month, but this one feels different—this one feels like a bigger win. We first decided to start an Erectile Dysfunction (ED) Support Group six months ago. That’s how long it took to find a set of participants willing to join a space like this. The stigma around mental health is high, and the stigma around sexual health is even higher. ED sits at this intersection, making it incredibly difficult for men to seek support. Despite the stigma, there is a strong case for support group spaces for ED because for most men, ED isn’t just a physical issue; it’s an emotional and psychological one. In a group you explore practical tools and coping mechanisms to manage ED, being able to share experiences breaks the cycle of shame and anxiety and realizing you're not the only one really helps with the recovery. Group starts on 21st February, is led by senior therapist Paras Sharma and we have few spots left if anyone is interested to explore. More Details in Comments.

Why You Should Set Bare Minimum Goals in 2025 👀 Sounds counterproductive, right? I’ll tell you why. 1. Big goals overwhelm you Goals like "i’ll do 10k steps everyday" or "I’ll read 30 books this year" are very inspiring but soon become too overwhelming to start with. What you can do Instead, is focus on manageable goals like “i’ll walk 2k steps a day, this makes the habit feel achievable to you. 2. Small goals help you build Consistency When you set a goal so small it feels automatic, you create the momentum that's needed to make walking a natural part of your routine. 3. Plan for the Starting Line The hardest part of any habit is getting started. A tiny goal like walking 2k steps focuses on the beginning of the habit rather than the end result. Once you start, you’ll find yourself walking more than you intended because the hardest step, starting, is already behind you. At SoulUp, we’re building a community with these principles in mind🧡 Build lasting habits with our 30-day Habit Groups *Link to join in the comments*

Do Things that Don't Scale. At SoulUp, ~99% of our support groups are online, but as founders, we craved being closer to our users. There’s something special about meeting them in person, understanding their journeys, and truly listening to their needs. That’s why we decided to create an offline touchpoint every month - to meet our users face-to-face and welcome new people into the SoulUp ecosystem. In August, we hosted a Rare Movie + Reflection Experience in a 20-seater mini-theatre, and it was a full house! The conversations were incredibly honest and powerful. The image above is from last month's event. Sharing the details of September offline event below: - 29th Sept | Sunday | 11 AM IST - Film & Reflection Experience: The Color of Paradise - We’ll watch the classic Iranian film The Color of Paradise and use it as a catalyst for deep discussions around love, family, human frailty, and resilience. More details in comments.
