The Opportunity: We're looking for a seasoned Co founder (with equity based investment) who has proven experience on e-commerce platforms as a vendor manager (end to end). Here, you'll play a vital role in driving growth and success by strategically managing our vendor relationships and managing them.You'll be responsible for building, onboarding, and managing key vendors. This position is based at Lucknow. Responsibilities: Demonstrated investment capacity or 5 to 10 years of successful vendor onboarding in e-commerce domain or FMCG sectors. Lead the strategic sourcing and selection of new e-commerce vendors. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring optimal pricing and terms. Oversee the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring they understand our expectations and policies. Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends and identify new vendor opportunities to support business growth. Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors. Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them. Open to travel inter and intra city. Qualification: Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to fuel growth and innovation. Minimum of 12 years of experience in vendor management, onboarding, and account management within the e-commerce industry. Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (B.Tech), MBA preferred in operations, Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Strong understanding of Business Strategy, Community Engagement and development, Partnership and networking, Fundraising and financial management. Proven experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor contracts. Strong leadership qualities and adaptability to the startup environment, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven experience with e-commerce vendor management platforms.
