I played in a metal band.  Now, I manage investments.  What’s common? Realizing that all audiences aren’t the same. Some people like heavy metal. Some like soft indie music.  Some like equities. Some like debt.  Some are risk-takers. Some are smooth sailers. This is what I have realised about investing while working at Stack Wealth. I used to think about finances simply—save what’s left after the bills. Looking back, I wish I had discovered the power of personalised investing earlier 💡   When you’re young, you like listening to something edgy, cool, and new. When you’re older, you’re set in your ways - you like a few genres and rarely explore new artists. And that’s the same with investing! Age is a huge factor when deciding how much risk you’re willing to take when curating your portfolio. It was things like this I learnt during my first week at Stack Wealth as the AVP. But what stood out to me was the energy and openness around new ideas. It’s rare to find such an environment where everyone is eager to try something new and push the limits ✨ As a musician and someone who’s been doing stand-up comedy for friends, I’ve realised how much those experiences help me in my role today 👀🎵 Whether engaging with a crowd during a show or connecting with clients, the ability to read people and communicate effectively has been invaluable. Both worlds demand creativity, adaptability, and a personal touch—skills I’ve found incredibly useful in helping clients navigate their financial journeys 💰 My goal now is to bring more value to investors and scale what we’re building 🧑💻 It’s exciting to see how these worlds of music and finance intersect—whether on stage or in a meeting room, it’s all about creating a connection 🤝 As we continue to grow, I’d love to extend an invitation.
